Finding your way back.
Returning to work after a workplace injury, a period of illness or a difficult experience is rarely as simple as showing up on Monday morning.
It takes more than a certificate of capacity. It takes confidence you may have lost. A sense of identity you may be rebuilding. And a workplace that actually understands what you've been through.
I know this, not just professionally, but personally.
After 23 years supporting injured workers and navigating return to work programs on behalf of organisations, I became an injured worker myself. I have lived the gap between what the process says and what it actually feels like from the other side.
That experience is what I bring to every person I work with.
Who this is for
Finding Your Way Back is for anyone navigating the return-to-work process after a physical or psychological workplace injury. It is also for those who may not be returning to their previous role or industry and need support to find a new direction.
Whether you are an employee working toward returning, an employer wanting to support someone back into the workplace, or an individual rebuilding your professional identity after significant loss, this service based on my lived experience is for you.
What we work on together
Rebuilding confidence and professional identity after injury or trauma. Understanding your rights and obligations in the return to work process. Navigating conversations with employers, insurers and treating teams. Setting realistic, sustainable goals for return to work. Planning a pathway forward when returning to your previous role is no longer possible.
How it works
We start with a conversation. No paperwork, no forms, no clinical language. Just an honest discussion about where you are and what you need.
From there we work at your pace, because healing is not linear and neither is finding your way back.
You don't have to navigate this alone.
