The Institute is the professional education arm of Hamilton Resolutions. The Institute will offer CPD approved training for the practitioners, leaders, and advisers who work at the intersection of psychosocial safety, workplace dispute, and serious workplace harm.

Our programs are not built from theory. They are built from operational experience from a practitioner who has lived experience of the environments in which the training describes, and on both sides of the table.

The System Aware Series is for WHS professionals, HR/IR practitioners, employment lawyers, and operational leaders. It will be delivered either in-house, live online, and as self-paced modules nationally.
